From Spring 2022 to Summer 2023, DPL executed our pilot season, consisting of two concerts and a production of Jean-Paul Sartre's existentialist play No Exit.
Jo Rodriguez on The I'm not
small Tour!
On July 10th 2023, we welcomed back folk punk superstar Jo Rodriguez, hosting her on her first full tour at Hummingbird Butterfly Garden @ The Kalamazoo Nature Center. In addition to the dazzling strings of Ms. Rodriguez herself, she was joined by a merry cadre of locals, including Arianna Staiger, The Reverent Marigold, and Maxwell Vetiver.
No Exit
On March 25th and March 26th 2023, The Dionysian Public Library presented their first play, a production of Jean-Paul Sartre's existentialist classic No Exit. The play was performed in two different locations in Kalamazoo, MI, at The Hellhole and at the basement stage of the Bernhard Center on campus at Western Michigan University.

On April 19th, 2022, the Library hosted our first live event, featuring touring musicians Jo Rodriguez and Skeleton Drive, with local support from Rivers Mapes. The show was hosted at the basement stage of the Bernhard Center on Western Michigan University's campus in Kalamazoo, MI.
